Taylor Fry Principal Martin Fry is retiring after 19 years running the actuarial group he co-founded.

The company is recognised as a key provider of analytical and actuarial services to governments and businesses, including general insurers.

Mr Fry predicts more regulation for the financial services industry following the Hayne royal commission.

“It’s inevitable, but not necessary,” he says in a statement. “It’s a bit depressing we have to rely on black-letter law for regulation. We don’t seem to be able to rely on people doing the right thing.”
