Suncorp NZ appoints Wilkshire to head customer experience

Mark Wilkshire will join Suncorp New Zealand’s leadership team as Executive GM Customer Experience.

He will be responsible for the delivery of Suncorp’s customer strategy across its New Zealand brands, Vero Insurance and Asteron Life. Starting on November 4, he replaces Campbell Mitchell, who is now Executive GM Claims.

Mr Wilkshire has spent eight years at Kiwibank, most recently serving a three-year stint as Group Manager Marketing.

“Mark will bring significant customer-centric bench strength to our business,” said Adam Heath, acting CEO of Suncorp New Zealand.
