Suncorp New Zealand has made a number of changes to its executive team as part of a broader push to take the business forward.

Sacha Cowlrick will become EGM Insurance Solutions, moving from her previous role of Executive Manager Consumer Insurance Solutions which she took on in 2017. She joined the business in 2016 as Executive Manager Operations.

Campbell Mitchell has been appointed EGM, Customer Brand and Distribution. He joined Suncorp in 2017 as EGM Customer Marketplace and led the development and delivery of customer strategy before taking on the role of EGM Claims as part of an executive rotation programme.

Jane Brewer will take on the role of EGM Claims and Operations effective July 2022. She has been part of Suncorp New Zealand for 15 years in various roles, most recently as EGM Technology and Transformation.

“We have taken the opportunity in the last year to put a strong team in place who can lead the continuous improvement of our business and deliver great experiences, value and outcomes for our customers,” Suncorp New Zealand CEO Jimmy Higgins said.

“I’m also proud that a number of recent appointments have been internal, reflecting the bench strength of our team and the development opportunities offered by our company.

“These are exciting changes for the Suncorp Aotearoa whānau and I’m confident that we have the team in place that will continue to strengthen our high performance and customer obsessed culture.”
