David Flacks will take over as Chairman of the Suncorp New Zealand Boards starting tomorrow, following the retirement of Geoff Ricketts.

He is presently one of the board directors. Mr Flacks has spent the last six years on the boards of Vero and Vero Liability, and in 2015 joined Asteron Life New Zealand’s board.
