Suncorp Commercial Insurance has appointed Jane Stafford as EGM Statutory Claims.

She joined Suncorp Bank in 1992, becoming head of banking process and optimisation earlier this year.

“As EGM Statutory Claims, Jane will be able to continue her track record of improving businesses through better processes, business efficiency and, very importantly, better customer experiences,” Commercial Insurance CEO Anthony Day said.

Suncorp’s statutory business, including compulsory third party and workers’ compensation, makes it the largest personal injury insurer in Australia.
