Nominees for the annual Association of Financial Advisers (AFA) student awards are now open.

AFA National President Jim Taggart says the awards recognise the value of education as a life pursuit.

“We believe it’s the very foundation of professionalism and essential to the delivery of quality financial advice,” he said.

Nominations close on June 30, with state finalists announced in July and the national winner named at the AFA National Conference in late October.
