Steadfast has backed the Dive In festival, sponsoring a lunch featuring comedian Marty Wilson and mental health advocate Leanne Faulkner on September 28 at the Westin Sydney.

Dive In is a global festival from September 26-28 to promote diverse and inclusive workplaces.

Sydney, Melbourne and Perth are among the international cities hosting events.

Dive In Sydney will hold five events, including a debate led by Race Discrimination Commissioner Tim Soutphommasane at the headquarters of sponsor Allianz. Also supporting the event are Settlement Services International and PSC Insurance Brokers.

In Melbourne, Liberty, Sura and Wotton + Kearney will deliver a session with the theme “tackling unconscious bias”, hosted by journalist Tracey Spicer.

In Perth, Gilchrist Connell, Dual and Vero will sponsor the city’s inaugural Dive In with an event themed “creating positive change within the insurance industry”.
