Steadfast Placement Solutions GM Eric Richardson has left the company.

Mr Richardson’s LinkedIn account says he is “actively seeking a new role”, having joined the company in February 2014.

He was formerly GM at Altiora Insurance Solutions for five years. The company was sold into Steadfast after the group listed in 2013. He also served as a director of the Underwriting Agencies Council.

Steadfast Placement Solutions was set up to help the network’s brokers place unique and challenging risks.

Mr Richardson told insuranceNEWS.com.au on Friday that he “was made redundant. It’s as simple as that.”
