Steadfast director retires
Anne O’Driscoll has retired as director at Steadfast after a decade in the role.
Chairman Frank O’Halloran says the change, which is effective March 15, is part of the implementation of Steadfast’s board succession planning.
“Anne has been an extremely important part of the success of Steadfast Group,” Mr O’Halloran said.
“The board and management of Steadfast Group have been very fortunate to have had a person of Anne’s calibre for the past 10 years as Steadfast grew from a market capitalisation of $535 million to $5.8 billion.”
Ms O’Driscoll was appointed as a consultant to Steadfast in early 2013 to assist with significant documentation required for listing on the ASX in August of that year. She was appointed as a director and Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee at that time.
“We have all admired and appreciated her dedication, knowledge, thoroughness and independence,” Mr O’Halloran said.
