Special counsel to bolster Wotton + Kearney cyber team
Wotton + Kearney has appointed special counsel Rakhee Dullabh to its cyber and privacy advisory practice in Melbourne, while special counsel Nick Martin will focus solely on leading the law firm’s growing technology practice.
Ms Dullabh has more than 10 years’ experience in Australia and South Africa, working across financial services, consumer goods and retail, healthcare and transport.
She was most recently a Baker McKenzie senior associate in Melbourne for two years.
She specialises in technology and data law, and has experience in data privacy law and cyber resilience projects including privacy compliance, plus cyber incident and data breach preparedness.
“With privacy reform and changes to cyber regulation on the horizon, cyber preparedness and resilience is more important than ever,” Wotton + Kearney head of cyber and technology Kieran Doyle said.
