Victorian regional brokerage Simplex Insurance Solutions has switched to the Steadfast broker network from Insight, after deciding the larger group’s technology will better assist its business.

“You have just got to reassess to make sure the cluster you are with is the one best-suited to your needs, and at this point Steadfast is best-suited,” Simplex director Kay Jackson, a former director of Insight, told insuranceNEWS.com.au.

Ms Jackson, who has more than 20 years’ experience in the insurance industry, started Simplex in 2005.

“Insight certainly helped us out when we started,” she said. “Simplex wouldn’t be around today if it wasn’t for the value and support we got from Insight in our early days.”
