Strata Community Association (SCA) has named Chris Duggan as national President, while Joshua Baldwin will take up the Vice President position.

Mr Duggan, Bright & Duggan Property Group MD, has served as SCA NSW President since 2015. He takes over the national role from Andrew Chambers who has held the position for the past three years.

“There are many issues that go beyond state borders and our industry can profit from collaboration, knowledge-sharing and leadership as we forge a path forward on issues such a building defects and cladding, strata insurance, sustainability, professional standards and our path forward out of the COVID pandemic,” Mr Duggan said.

Mr Baldwin has been SCA SA/NT President and is Executive Director at Munro Property Group.

SCA is the peak industry body for body corporate and community title management in Australia and New Zealand and has some 5000 individual and corporate members.
