The impact of sanctions on marine insurers and how they are implemented and enforced in Australia will be the focus of the Melbourne Marine Insurance Forum next week.

The forum – to be presented by Kennedys Law Senior Associate Peter Craney – will provide an overview of the current global climate for sanctions, as well as some key decisions of which marine insurers need to be aware.
