Rothbury wins World Cup sponsorship deal
Rothbury Insurance Brokers has secured national sponsorship of the FIFA under-20s soccer World Cup in New Zealand in June.
More than 500,000 tickets are expected to be sold for matches in Whangarei, Auckland, Hamilton, New Plymouth, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin.
Rothbury, which is 30% owned by Steadfast, has been named the tournament’s official insurance broker and will be responsible for providing a range of insurance products and services.
MD Roger Abel says the deal is a great opportunity to raise brand awareness.
