Nominations are now open for the Risk Management Institution of Australasia’s risk manager, risk consultant and risk student of the year awards.

The institution presents the risk manager and risk consultant prizes for excellence in business outcome focus, strategic and systems thinking, communication and influence, stakeholder focus, application of professional knowledge and ethical practice.

The winners receive an airfare to an approved conference in Australia.

The Peter Pope memorial risk student award is open to full or part-time tertiary or vocational education students in undergraduate or postgraduate risk management disciplines.

Nominations close on August 8. The awards will be presented at the institution’s conference on October 2.
