Insight Insurance Brokers Association is giving its members access to the LMI Group’s Risk Coach program to help them compete with larger brokers.

Executive Officer Bill Friend says Risk Coach will also help fast-track career development for junior staff and enable all members to earn CIP/CPD points towards their annual compliance requirements.

“Giving members automatic access to the Risk Coach will raise levels of professionalism and technical knowledge, especially for our members’ younger staff,” he told insuranceNEWS.com.au. “This will be made possible with the use of the occupation bases information and technical insurance information which are provided as part of the program.”

The internet-based risk management and insurance program contains specialised reports and checklists prepared and updated by experts.

“It will assist our members with identifying risk management issues, and help them to prepare checklists of questions to ask clients about particular occupations,” Mr Friend said.
