The Underwriting Agencies Council (UAC) has started taking registrations, including from exhibitors, for the Adelaide Underwriting Expo on August 25.

This year’s event is at the Hilton from 10am-2pm. Last year’s expo was at Adelaide Oval.

Travel prizes worth $1000 will be presented to two lucky brokers at the event.

“Returning to the city and being convenient to all the brokers’ offices – that will be a major benefit to both ourselves and the visitors,” UAC GM William Legge told insuranceNEWS.com.au.

About 50 exhibitors and 300 brokers are expected to attend, he says.

The expo is hosted in conjunction with the National Insurance Brokers Association, and is sponsored by UAC strategic underwriting partner Hollard Insurance Group.
