Kona Recruitment has refined its services to focus solely on insurance and has moved away from its previous branding.

The company, previously known as Kona & Co. Group, was founded in 2019 as a collection of professionals targeting insurance, executive search, construction, and accounting and finance.

MD James Toth took over from the group’s founder in April last year and refined its services to insurance and accounting and finance recruitment as an interim stepping stone.

The latest change will see Partner Priscila Crawford and Research Consultant Dylan Lioumanis moving over from the accounting and finance division to the insurance team, giving Kona Recruitment a national presence in its specialty area.

“We wanted to ensure there was no mixed messaging around who we were, what we do, and why we do it,” MD James Toth said today of the rebranding.
