Applications are open for Fuse Recruitment’s first insurance-focused graduate program, developed with support from the industry.

Positions are available in broking, underwriting and claims.

Successful candidates will have access to permanent and full-time openings with program partners, and a dedicated mentor to provide guidance.

“We see this program as an industry-focused initiative and a strong reflection of Fuse Recruitment’s position as a true partner to the insurance industry,” Insurance and Wealth Management Manager Cameron Watson said.

“Our vision… is to create the opportunity for at least 50 graduates every year to start their professional life in insurance, and continue to support the development of the industry with a strong supply of new talent and future leaders.”

PSC Insurance Brokers, Adroit Insurance and Risk, Whitbread Insurance Brokers and Austbrokers Countrywide are among the program partners.
