QBE is now accepting nominations for up-and-coming broker staff to join next year’s eQuip training and development program.

The program features three modules held in two-day blocks in major capital cities, focusing on leadership, insurance acumen and sales and relationship management.

Participants then receive ongoing coaching and networking opportunities.

QBE will send personalised emails with online nomination forms, which must be completed by broker principals by Friday. It has allocated 60 places for next year.

More than 350 people have taken part in eQuip since it was created in 2007.
