Insurers QBE and Allianz have been ranked among Australia’s top 75 graduate employers.  

The Australian Association of Graduate Employers findings, based on responses from more than 4000 graduates, place QBE top among insurers and second among financial services companies. 

Graduates were asked to rank employers across 25 categories including culture, training and development, career progression, and access to mentoring and networking. 

QBE Australia Chief People Officer Shiona Watson says the company is “thrilled to have this recognition from our graduates and will continue our efforts investing in our future leaders. Allianz ranks 11th among financial services companies and 20th across small programs. Life insurer TAL rates 25th among small programs.
