QBE is one of the country’s top LGBTI inclusion employers, according to the Australian Workplace Equality Index.

It rated gold on this year’s index, and is the highest-rated insurer. The rankings were announced at the recent LGBTI Inclusion Awards.

“An inclusive workplace is not only the right thing to do, it’s embedded in our corporate DNA and is essential to delivering on our strategic plan and driving positive outcomes for our customers, people and partners,” QBE Head of Diversity and Inclusion Asia-Pacific Catherine McNair said.
