PSC Horsell has appointed Shane Upton as GM of its wholesaling arm PSC Underwriting.

PSC Insurance MD Paul Dwyer says Mr Upton will drive a new promotional initiative to be launched at the Steadfast convention next week, and will build awareness of the PSC Underwriting brand. He will also introduce new products in some of the more hard-to-place markets.

Mr Upton has worked in senior portfolio management positions with Ace and most recently Chartis.
