PSC Connect held its largest annual conference last month, with more than 240 delegates attending at Melbourne’s Sofitel hotel.

At a gala dinner Jason Toy, Principal at JT Insurance in Victoria, was named authorised representative of the year.

Jo Kiro from Kiro Management New Zealand won the global marketing award, and Sam Hornery from Central West Insurance Group in NSW was crowned rising star.

Vanessa Muir, Compliance Manager at PSC Insurance Connect in Victoria, received the high achiever award, and Peter Snedden from Peter Q Snedden Insurances in Auckland was New Zealand member broker of the year.

MD Tony Walker says the conference, from August 20-22, provided networking opportunities and idea-sharing for staff, authorised representatives, partners and sponsors.

It also raised money for youth mental health charity Love Me Love You, with the final sum to be confirmed.
