Women & Leadership Australia has announced a national initiative to support the development of female leaders across the finance sector.

The scheme provides grants for leadership development, with applications open at two levels: senior management and executives can seek $12,000 individual grants to undertake the Advanced Leadership Program; managers can apply for $5000 grants to join the Accelerated Leadership Performance Program.

The deadline for expressions of interest is March 31.
