Program for RIMS-Asia Pacific virtual April conference unveiled

The line-up for a free RIMS-WTW Asia Pacific Risk Virtual Conference to be held next month has been revealed.

The “Risk Resilience Reimagined” three-day conference will run online from April 26-28, and attendance is complimentary.

It will feature 50 speakers and panelists across 20 keynote and breakout sessions, looking at key issues in an uncertain and varying environment, and investigating current and future risks that organisations need to act on to build resilience and thrive.

Over the three days participants will discuss: large complex risks faced by Asia conglomerates; building a strong risk culture in the emerging hybrid work environment; acting on ESG and sustainability risks and opportunities; mitigating business interruptions from supply chain risks; risks and opportunities of digitalisation.

“More than ever, risks and its management will dominate and shape key aspects of the global economy. An inadequate understanding of risk culture, lack of risk talent and underappreciated emerging risks are forming the backdrop of a new risk management landscape,” it says.
