Hamish McDonald Nye has been appointed Executive Director of underwriting agency ProRisk, replacing Neil Sheppard.

Mr McDonald Nye has more than 14 years’ industry experience and joins from Dual, where he was southern region manager. Before that he worked at Aon and Freeman McMurrick.

He says he will focus on developing the underwriting team, creating new products and solutions, and expanding the broker network. 

ProRisk was established in 2003 and is part of the Insurance House Group.
