Picnic Labs has appointed Anthony Troy Browning as Company Secretary for Mutuals. 

Dr Browning’s career has spanned decades in insurance, mutuals and risk protection operations and government. 

Previous roles have included CEO of MIPS Insurance and Medical Indemnity Protection Society and experience as claims manager for UK and Australian discretionary mutuals and their insurers. 

He was chair of an underwriting agent start up, a member of various Insurance Council of Australia committees and working groups and a member of the Privacy and Security Advisory Committee of the Australian Digital Health Agency. 

Dr Browning will provide company secretary services across the discretionary mutuals that are operated by Picnic Labs.
