Actuarial consultancy and risk management firm PFS Consulting has appointed Ian Laughlin, the former deputy chair of the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) as a Principal.

He currently chairs the Australian Institute of Company Directors Forum for APRA-regulated entities and previously chaired formerly ANZ-owned OnePath, and ANZ Lenders Mortgage Insurance.

PFS MD John Newman says Mr Laughlin will help clients deal with the requirements of a post-royal commission world.
