Pen Underwriting has appointed Alicia Stell as Transport Team Manager with immediate effect, following the retirement of Jenny Prendergast last month after 16 years with the business.

Ms Stell will be based in the Sydney office and brings with her more than 20 years’ experience in motor fleet underwriting and is well known in the transport sector, particularly in Sydney/NSW.

She was most recently motor fleet underwriter with National Transport Insurance (NTI), a position she held for four years, according to her LinkedIn account. Prior to NTI, she was senior motor fleet underwriter at Zurich.

“We are delighted to welcome [Ms Stell], who brings vast underwriting knowledge and experience, along with deep market knowledge,” CEO Ken Keenan said. “She will also be a great fit with the Pen team and culture.”
