The Australian Professional Indemnity Group will hold a breakfast session examining career pathways and opportunities before its full-day national conference.

Speakers at the early session include Axa XL country leader Catherine Carlyon, Swiss Re finpro underwriter Jack Greuter and WTW strategic account director Angela Vella.

The following national conference program covers issues including artificial intelligence, the cyber insurance market, industrial relations changes and global risks.

Australian Securities and Investments Commission senior executive leader of enforcement and compliance Marita Hogan will speak on the regulator’s work on environmental, social and governance issues and greenwashing.

Other speakers will include Pip Marlow, who has more than 30 years’ experience as a CEO and executive in the technology and financial services industries, Finity principal Susie Amos and Marsh chief claims officer Catherine Osborne.

The event, to be followed by a gala dinner, is at the Sofitel Wentworth in Sydney on September 19.
