Oracle Group Australia has named experienced insurance executive Carl Rumble to its newly created general manager role.  

Mr Rumble previously served as HDI Global’s Regional Market Manager for Australasia for six years, following a three-year stint at Zurich Australia as its Global Relationship Leader. He has also worked at Marsh, AMP and XL Insurance.  

Group MD Matthew Denehy says the group has been searching for “the right person” for the position for over a year and believes Mr Rumble “fits the position perfectly”.  

“This is a very strategic appointment as it demonstrates our commitment to establishing a solid foundation and operational framework behind the Board of Directors, along with enhancing the skillset and talent within the OG family,” he said.  

Oracle Group says the move complements its recent appointments of Vickii Srbinovski as National Compliance Manager, Sue Pender as National Winbeat Administration and Tonia Colliver as National Support and Training Manager as it restructures roles and responsibilities for its directors.
