OAMPS Insurance Brokers has appointed UK-based Sarah Lyons as its Head of Commercial Broking, to replace Mark Bradley who left the company earlier this year to rejoin Allianz Australia.

Ms Lyons, who will begin work in the Melbourne-based role early next year, is currently Chief Finance and Operations Officer at UKGlobal Risk Solutions.

Her previous positions include group MD of Giles Insurance Brokers and head of risk management operations at HBOS Retail.

OAMPS CEO Mike Cutter says the role is “critical to our ongoing success, given our geographic spread and breadth of industries and segments”.

The company is now seeking a head of product and partnerships to complete its leadership team following the departure of Mark White, also to Allianz.
