NTI is offering free counselling sessions to truck drivers, cargo and warehouse personnel and construction workers in Victoria who are feeling the impact of COVID-19 lockdown restrictions.

NTI is extending its counselling support, usually offered to customers following a claim, to all its Victorian customers and insurance partners during September and October. The confidential sessions can be conducted via phone or Skype.

“We know lockdown is affecting everyone differently and we would encourage anyone who might need assistance to reach out,” said NTI CEO Tony Clark. “We want them to know that support and a listening ear is there for them.”

NTI insures more than 14,000 customers and businesses across Victoria. The counselling is conducted via its employee assistance service provider, Assure Programs.
