National Transport Insurance (NTI) has appointed Jason Rogerson as State Manager, Queensland.

He replaces Allan Smith, who has been promoted to National Manager Key Accounts.

Mr Rogerson has extensive experience in underwriting, sales and distribution, through roles with NTI, GT Insurance and Zurich. 

Most recently he played an integral role in developing NTI’s national sales model and led the Lumley transition project from a distribution perspective. Before this he was state sales manager for Queensland.

GM Sales and Distribution Mike Edmonds says Mr Rogerson has been “instrumental” in growing the heavy motor insurer’s sales presence across the country.

“On behalf of NTI, I congratulate Jason on his new appointment,” Mr Edmonds said.

“I’m confident his vision and expertise will set the platform for ensuring NTI continues to achieve its strategic objectives in Queensland.”
