NTI boosts employee satisfaction score

Diversified underwriting agency NTI has achieved an employee satisfaction rating of 92% in its annual survey, lifting its score by a fifth from the previous year.

Chief People and Operations Officer Kerrie Challenor says strong leadership, clear communication and collaboration is demonstrated throughout the organisation – “the key drivers of employee satisfaction and engagement”.

In July the Brisbane-based company was named in an Aon survey of employees as being among the best 12 companies to work for in Australia and New Zealand.

NTI uses the Qualtrics Experience Management Platform to regularly engage its workforce.

The company, which is a joint venture between CGU and Vero, has built its employee-friendly reputation around a range of programs, including expanding individuals’ skillsets in a comfortable and supportive environment and a benefits program that includes staff shopping discounts, health and wellness programs and health screening tests.
