The 2023 NT Insurance Conference is to be held from October 18-20 at the Darwin Convention Centre, with the theme People, Purpose & Passion. 

The annual conference brings together over 350 industry professionals. Young Insurance Professionals NT President Travis Saxby says delegates and sponsors will connect with renowned representatives in the fields of general insurance and personal injury management.  

“With purpose and passion, commitment and focus, everyone can forge a pathway to success,” Mr Saxby said. 

“It is a fantastic initiative which brings together brokers, insurers, service providers, personal injury management and return to health companies, throughout the NT to share in knowledge and experience, to network and build strong business relationships and foster positive change in our industry.”  

YIPs NT manages and runs the conference, which was first held in 2012.  

Winners of the Conference Awards – now in their thirteenth year – will be announced at a Gala Dinner on the final evening of October 20, with the dress code lounge suit/cocktail. 

“Get glammed up and ready to celebrate,” the conference organisers say. 

Award nominations close August 17. The judging panel will look for examples of nominees who consistently demonstrate outstanding performance, inspire or lead others to improve outcomes for the clients, employers, and other stakeholders, and can display measurable results. 

Three finalists for each category will then be put to a public vote in early September.
