NSW CTP reformer receives Australia Day honour

Andrew Nicholls has received a Public Service Medal for his contribution to developing and reforming NSW’s insurance and transport.

He led reform of NSW’s compulsory third party scheme as executive director of Motor Accidents Insurance Regulation, “displaying drive, dedication and leadership”, the Governor-General’s Australia Day honours list says.

“Mr Nicholls has served with distinction in all his roles and he has specifically made a significant contribution to the motorists and road users of [NSW],” the list says.
