The Insight Insurance Brokers Association has awarded the 2010 CGU Norm Dyer Award of Excellence to Ballarat broker Simon Hepworth.

Mr Hepworth, 21, from Lillingston & Marshall Insurance Brokers, scored the highest mark since the introduction of a standardised scoring process for the award.

The award was presented by Jim Karafilis, National Manager – Metropolitan, CGU Insurance at a ceremony in Hobart on Saturday night as part of Insight’s annual conference.
