Vero’s RM Advancer risk management awards are now open for nominations.

The program, in its eighth year, recognises effective risk management among the insurer’s large clients.

There are three award categories – property, liability and motor vehicle – and winners will receive risk management consulting hours from the Vero team.

“There is an increasing awareness among business owners of the need to invest in specialist risk management advice, to ensure continuity of their operations,” Suncorp Commercial Insurance EGM Commercial Portfolio Darren O’Connell said.

“A great deal of good work is being done to address complex risks and prepare businesses for a variety of possible scenarios.”

Nominations must be made by August 30. Finalists will be invited to the awards night in Sydney on October 24.
