Nominations for the inaugural National Insurance Brokers Association (NIBA) broker of the year award will close on May 31.

Zurich Australia is sponsoring the award.

To be eligible, a nominee must be a qualified practising insurance broker, have spent at least three of the past five years working in Australia and be aged over 35 as of last December 31.

Anyone in the industry can nominate a broker, and nominators may remain anonymous. 

The nominations are being accepted through the NIBA website.
