The National Insurance Brokers Association has announced finalists for this year’s Queensland top broker and young professional broker awards.

Lisa Carter from Clear Insurance, Thomas Harrys from 2020 Insurance and Dean Brumby from Austcover will vie for the QBE-sponsored broker prize.

Contenders for the Vero-sponsored young broker award are Tyrone Shandiman from Insurance Advisernet, Taylor Burstow from Willis Towers Watson and Caitlin Carson from JLT.

Winners will be named at a gala lunch on July 17. They will then compete for national awards, to be presented at the association’s Gold Coast conference in October.
