The National Insurance Brokers Association and the Victorian Insurance and Reinsurance Discussion Group have launched a mentor program.

Eligible Victorian candidates will receive guidance from CEOs and senior executives in the insurance, broking, reinsurance, reinsurance broking and insurance agency sectors.

Applicants must submit a 2500-word essay examining how the Australian insurance industry will look in 10 years.

AIG, IAG, Munich Re, Aon, Guy Carpenter and Willis Re are among program sponsors.
