The National Insurance Brokers Association (NIBA) has gone live with its Insure Your Future recruitment initiative. 

Insure Your Future, which aims to promote insurance broking as a career, was launched at the NIBA Convention in October, but the new website was populated with content last week.

The site includes information on the broking sector and tips for graduates and career changers, plus interviews with young brokers. There is also a directory of insurance brokers to help potential recruits connect with brokers near them. 

National Chairman of the initiative Cameron Sheild previously told insuranceNEWS.com.au he has been delighted with the support so far.

“We want to help our members to help themselves,” he said. “We don’t want to discount the great work done by the [Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance] Careers In Insurance initiative, but we need to be pulling our weight as well.”
