The National Insurance Brokers Association (NIBA) has named three brokers in the running for its college student of the year award.

The finalists are:

• Jeremy Thornton of Complete Risk Solutions in Taree, NSW
• Jessica Cunningham of Robert K Green & Associates in Croydon, Victoria
• Jessica Knight of Knightcorp Insurance Brokers in Claremont, WA.

The winner will be announced at the NIBA Convention on September 7 in Melbourne.

QBE sponsors the $1000 cash prize, and the winner will also secure a place on the insurer’s eQuip training and development program.
