NHRA to host webinar on key research project
Natural Hazards Research Australia (NHRA) will host a webinar to highlight insights on its Community Recovery Committee research project.
NHRA says the webinar aims to explain key findings from the project, which was supported by Emergency Management Victoria and Bushfire Recovery Victoria following the 2019-20 Black Summer, and highlight new tools to help future disaster recovery.
The event will host a panel with NHRA’s Dr Blythe McLennan, University of Melbourne’s Dr Colin Gallagher, Hannah Morrice and Resilient Uki’s Melanie Bloor to speak on the research.
NHRA says the webinar is the first in a monthly series to showcase insights and findings from its projects.
The event will be held on July 18, from 12pm – 1pm on Zoom.
