NZ Financial Service Complaints has appointed Roger Kerr as its new industry director.

Mr Kerr is a director and shareholder of Asia-Pacific Risk Management and has more than 30 years’ experience in merchant and investment banking.

He previously served on the board of trustees at the National Provident Fund and is chairman of charitable trust service provider Trust Investments Management.
