Zurich Australia has appointed Scott Watters as its new Chief Information Officer.

He replaces Bobby Lehane, who has become COO of Zurich’s Asia-Pacific General Insurance division.

Mr Watters joined Zurich in 2008 as Head of Strategic Project Development and last year took over running the application service provision team as well.

Zurich has also appointed Peter Jones as National Underwriting Manager – SME & Packages.

He was previously at AMP General.
