NCI names underwriter of the year
National Credit Insurance (NCI) says Annie-May Patties from Atradius has been named trade credit insurance Underwriter of the Year.
She came out ahead of second place Andrew Donnelly of TCUA and Atradius colleague Ashe Seaton, who shared third place with Ian Dennis of Allianz Trade.
NCI says it has been hosting the industry awards for more than 20 years, with this year’s event taking place at the Darling Harbour, Sydney, on July 28.
Brokers and key executives at the “Night of Nights” event were provided updates of the vote count for the underwriter of the year during their dinner.
NCI also presented internal achievement awards to Mark Lathwell (Sales Person of the Year), Sarah Bracegirdle (Service Person of the Year), Matt Spann (Outstanding Achievement Award), Kieran McNamara (Employee Excellence Award) and Paul Graeber (Employee of the Year Award).
“The trade credit insurance industry places so much hard work into outcomes for our mutual clients and prospects to protect and grow their businesses,” NCI Group MD Kirk Cheesman said.
“Our investment into the development of people, client service, new business and technology will deliver a healthy long-term future for our industry, clients and insurers.”
