Melbourne Marine Insurance Forum Incorporated (MMIF) will host a webinar on Wednesday entitled Freight Forwarding – Liability and Insurance Issues, featuring Kennedys Partners Peter Craney and Jonathan Wyatt.

Sydney-based Mr Craney acts for Australian, Lloyd’s and other insurers, shipping and transport companies, major airlines and construction companies. Perth-based Mr Wyatt works for marine insurers including Chubb, Liberty, Axa and NTI.

Both are currently handling a number of freight forwarder claims on behalf of insurers.
